Position Purpose
The Sr. Product Manager - Services Digitization will progress the digital capabilities for our customer and team member experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for advancing the strategy and roadmap of digital tools and features that support our customers lifelong relationship. Through innovation, simple human centered design and consistent, repeatable processes, you will deliver sustainable solutions that provide meaningful value to the customer and the organization. In addition, you will ensure successful outcomes through effective change management, training, end user adoption and the measurement of feature benefits, outcomes, and driving effortless lifelong relationships for the customer and team member.
Primary Responsibilities
- Creates product vision and roadmap establishing and maturing critical business and digital capabilities that deliver business value.
- Partners with and influences functional leaders and subject matter experts to align product roadmap with operational business goals and financial commitments.
- Works with subject matter experts, Business Analysts, UX Designers, technology partners and working teams to understand business needs, system architecture, integration points and expected outcomes.
- Manages one or more technology products, inclusive of product roadmap, backlog, platform operations and administration as well as performance monitoring and reporting.
- Develops business cases through data driven analysis to ensure delivery of highest value initiatives that ensures customer satisfaction as well as financial benefit to the business.
- Prioritizes and sequences the backlog according to business value or ROI.
- Validates features using proof of concepts and applies an iterative, test and learn approach to drive continuous value.
- Plans, prioritizes, and leads feature delivery on established timelines and budgets.
- Understand the customer and team member needs, ensure the desired experiences and features are delivered on their behalf.
- Explore new ways of improving existing products and services leveraging market trends.
- Facilitates change management across end user populations.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5-6+ years functional experience in Customer Experience (Retail, Contact Center, Marketing)
- 5-6+ years customer centric design experience preferred
- Agile methodology experience a plus
- Strong business systems background; Knowledge, AI/ML, and content management systems experience desired, Sharepoint a plus
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively with staff at all levels and communicate teams' progress to Champions, Stakeholders, and Business Leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence
- Strong analytical skills and natural affinity to analyze & mine data for problem solving
- Experience with front end web or back end development a plus
- Minimal travel as needed (< 20%)
