Sr. Product Manager - Trust & Safety Generalist

The Trust & Safety organization is dedicated to ensuring that all Pinners have a safe experience on Pinterest. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead cross-functional working groups focused on our most challenging safety problems.

What you’ll do:

• Drive the strategy roadmap and execution for key safety priorities (illustrative examples include child safety and self harm)

• Develop a deep understanding of machine learning model development and measurement

• Act as a liaison between Trust & Safety and other product teams at Pinterest

What we’re looking for:

• Product management experience

• ML and/or Trust & Safety experience

• Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment

• Attention to detail and comfort solving ambiguous product problems

• Great business judgment ability to influence others with strong analytical thinking

• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive alignment among multiple stakeholders

• We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.

• This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times/quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
