We seek a talented Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join the Flexe Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the PMM will be responsible for leading the packaging and positioning of Flexe Logistics Programs to the retail and consumer goods verticals. The Product Marketing Manager will deeply understand customer and prospect challenges, the market and Flexe’s own platform, network and operations capabilities. This role focuses on supporting Flexe’s go-to-market strategy, working cross-functionally to compose powerful selling stories, and aligning with Marketing Communications, Demand Generation and Sales Enablement to promote the narratives that advance Flexe’s leadership position in the marketplace.
This person must be able work effectively with other Flexe teams including sales, marketing, product management and business strategy. In addition to strong writing, storytelling and analytical skills, the candidate must have demonstrated experience in the technology or logistics industries.
What You’ll Do:
- Deeply understand the market, customer issues and Flexe Logistics Programs for retail and consumer goods companies.
- Partner with multiple stakeholders to drive actionable business results for the retail and consumer goods verticals.
- Build offering messaging and compelling assets for use in marketing, sales presentations, thought leadership and management communications.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to promote the narratives that advance Flexe’s position with retail and consumer goods companies.
- Inform Flexe’s go-to-market strategy based on insights and learnings.
Does This Sound Like You?
- Minimum of 6+ years of increasing responsibility in marketing roles with experience in marketing communications, market research, product marketing or segment marketing
- Passion for understanding customer requirements and market dynamics
- Ability to craft a compelling story both verbally and visually using multiple inputs and sources
- Creative, logical self-starter with natural curiosity
- Possess a high sense of urgency and a strong bar for excellence
- Proven success in marketing roles requiring extensive interaction working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
- Supply chain and/or logistics experience a strong plus
- Familiarity with the retail and/or consumer goods industries a strong plus
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree plus relevant experience
The salary range for this role is $131,900 to $153,800 depending, in part, on candidate location. Recruiting will confirm the specific range for the candidate location in the initial phone screen. All employees receive company equity as part of their compensation package. As part of our pay for performance based pay program, this role is eligible to potentially receive merit bonuses of up to 15% of base salary based on individual performance.
