Description

Frame.io is looking for a passionate and accomplished Senior Product Marketer to join the Product Marketing Team focused on enabling our go-to-market teams!

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our GTM product marketing strategy. You will work at the intersection of Product, Sales, Operations, and Marketing to drive high-impact launches, acquire in-depth customer and market feedback, and develop messaging and collateral to enable our sales team. This position is ideal for a data-driven, self-starter who is comfortable working on ideation, management, and execution of creative sales strategies to drive growth. The role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes, best practices, and experience in supporting and enabling sales teams in a B2B SaaS company.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing the GTM product marketing strategy for Frame.io, including target market identification, positioning and messaging, and go-to-market plans
  • Developing and maintaining sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, case studies, and product demos

  • Supporting the sales team in their efforts to drive revenue and adoption
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitive landscape, and providing insights and recommendations to the broader team.
  • Influencing the pricing and packaging strategy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in the SaaS space
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into simple, compelling messages
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market plans
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing
  • Experience partnering with sales teams to drive revenue and adoption

  • Having experience in video, creative advertising, and field marketing is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $117,900 -- $201,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
