Sr. Product Marketing Manager - Healthcare

Vonage is seeking an experienced Sr Product Marketing Manager – Healthcare, to develop strategic industry positioning, messaging and go to market planning for Vonage’s portfolio of offerings (apps, APIs and partners’ integrations) to increase utilization and attachment within the healthcare market. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in industry marketing, and the ability to align stakeholders across the business to drive growth, awareness and adoption of Vonage offerings. 

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager - Healthcare you’ll play an important role in shaping Vonage’s healthcare marketing strategy and clearly articulate how we help solve our customers’ challenges while leveraging key customer and market insights.This role will serve as the primary linkage point between the Product, Marketing and Sales organizations, as well as multiple internal stakeholder functions.

What you will do

• Become the industry expert in healthcare-related marketing strategies and identify ways to broaden the impact of Vonage’s portfolio of offerings.
• Own the development of audience insights, positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy to increasing portfolio utilization and attachment within the healthcare market.
• Work closely with product management to interpret product capabilities into market opportunities for healthcare, while leveraging market insights and market intelligence.
• Define healthcare use cases based on product portfolio and current and future market needs, while supporting product in strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Drive the GTM strategy for healthcare and identify the highest value opportunities, while working with product, alliances, sales and the marketing teams.
• Support Vonage Sales Enablement with meaningful content, sales tools and training that position our portfolio successfully and help drive sales success.
• Contribute to market and competitive landscape assessments supporting positioning and market entry evaluations of Vonage’s portfolio.
• Analyze general healthcare industry and technology trends/ preferences, and incorporate that knowledge to continuously refine messaging, positioning and marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape to ensure the team communicates key differentiators of our products and identify opportunities for future growth

What is required of you

• 5+ years of Software/SaaS/PaaS marketing experience, ideally with a focus on communication technologies.
• Significant experience in healthcare industry marketing/ market launching differentiated offerings targeting various buying centers.
• Experience working with technology products that have targeted developers with cloud-based services.
• Track record working collaboratively and across multiple teams and projects to take new products and features to the market.
• Strong technical literacy with ability to convey sophisticated technical concepts to a wide variety of audiences.
