Sr. Product Owner

We're hiring a Sr. Product Owner!

About the position

The Sr. Product Owner possesses a deep understanding of digital products and enterprise objectives. The position will translate ideas into Epics and features and follow digital product development from start to finish. You will be the voice of the customer and representative of the business while collaborating closely with both the scrum teams and stakeholders to ensure the products meet specific objectives.

What you will do

• You will develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
• You will collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape features and end products.
• You ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
• You make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
• You'll suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.
• You're experienced in Agile product management; must have experience and willingness to work in fast-paced, very fluid environments.
• You will be story mapping and story writing.

You should have

• A BS/BA in Computer Science, Marketing or Related field or equivalent relative experience.
• You have 5 years relative experience. Program Management, Product Management, Agile Framework (Scrum, KanBan).
• You have experience with SDLC, Problem solving
• You have creative thinking and excellent communication skills
• You have organizational and leadership skills.
• You have proven experience in setting direction for technology teams, prioritizing development activities, and driving new product development investments in an organization using Agile methodologies.
