Sr. Product Quality Manager

Base Salary: $154,100.00  to $200,400.00

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this NY - based position. 

The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, and if the location of the job changes. ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Product Quality Manager represents Quality and Safety through the Lifecycle of Peloton Products. This role will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other teams to ensure Quality and Safety goals are met. The Product Quality Manager is the key interface to all Quality and Safety functions to ensure deliverables are met. 

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON 

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure Quality and Safety requirements are being met and capture risks 
• Responsible for Quality and Safety deliverables through various milestones of Product Development 
• Lead cross-functional Quality teams through Product Development including Supplier Quality, Reliability and Validation and Design Quality
• Communicate Quality and Safety risk and status to the leadership team and other key stakeholders 
• Lead Design Risk Assessment and Mitigation 
• Lead issue management and resolution during all phases of Product Development 

YOU BRING TO PELOTON 

• BS in Science or Engineering (or higher education) 
• 5 or more years working in Product Development of Electro-Mechanical Products (Fitness Equipment, Medical, Aerospace, Medical) with 3 or more years working in a Quality Role 
• Strong Engineering and Manufacturing experience. Knowledge of Best Practices in Engineering and Manufacturing
• Leadership Experience. Cross-functional or direct management of a team.
• Deep understanding of Design Quality Assurance and Risk Management Processes Data-driven. Ability to apply Product Test Data, Field Data, and Business 
• Analysis to drive decision making
• Passionate about Quality and Safety. Effective cross-functional Voice of Quality and able to build cross-functional partnerships to achieve goals Communication/language requirements (international roles) International and domestic travel up to 30%
