We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive and energetic Architectural Project Manager to join our team of architects, designers, engineers, machinists and software developers at our headquarters in Los Angeles.

Sr. Production Engineer

  • Evaluate inefficiencies and issues in production workflows.
  • Train arktura staff on the manufacture and assembly of components to meet an established acceptable quality.
  • Support production team members during the production phase of a project and troubleshoot/solve potential issues as they arise.
  • Develop fixtures and other manufacturing aids for production team to utilize.
  • Incorporate feedback from production teams to improve designs.
  • Explore, develop, and test new manufacturing methods and materials.
  • Manage machine calibration standards and data libraries to ensure consistent and reliable operations.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for production equipment.
  • Determine machine capabilities, best practices, and design guidelines.
  • Review designs for manufacturability

Skillsets:

  • 4 - 8 years’ Experience with production workflows in metal custom manufacturing and modular furniture
  • Understand standard routings, engineering drawings and time study analysis
  • Degree in Engineering
  • Working knowledge of measuring and validation tools
  • 4-8 years of Manufacturing and product design experience
  • Technical writing and lean manufacturing experience a plus
  • 2 + year’s in experience Leading a team is preferred
  • Willing to lead and grow a team focused on production engineering

The estimated base salary range for this role is $75,000.00 to $92,000.00 a year. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors
