Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, self-driven and results-oriented Sr. Program Manager. This is an exciting, collaborative and highly impactful role. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to dive into and be part of the exciting electrification movement.

Responsibilities:
  • Create development timing plan and manage each activities to launch program successfully
  • Coordinate to release electric vehicle component software & hardware to customer
  • Responsible for all development activities to launch program successfully as well as be the point of contact person for our customer and LG-Magna HQ in Korea
  • Support weekly meeting with customer to share the development status and major issue tracking and coordinate to resolve the issue in time
  • Coordinate and attend various communication meetings with customer or other Tier-2 suppliers in order to come up with various ideations
  • Manage all development activities to launch program successfully as well as be the point of contact person for our customer and LGE HQ in Korea
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including but not limited to Program, Development, Validation, Manufacturing, Procurement/Purchasing, Sales and Quality teams to track progress against established Project timelines and milestones
  • Maintain Program Status Reports (Program Management Templates) and use reports as a Management Tool for performance monitoring against Customer (internal / external) expectations
  • Be involved in various customers meeting to monitoring and track the open items
  • Be involved in hardware and software issues and support engineering team to resolve issues quickly with Tier-2 supplier
  • Investigate new biz opportunities and propose to OEM-customers

Requirements:
  • Required bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering
  • Minimum 5 years experience working directly with the customer is preferred
  • Understanding of automotive component development process
  • Good Skills to use MS project and MS Office
  • Good knowledge of OEM process and requirements

Preferred:
  • Bilingual is preferred(English and Korean) and automotive experience
  • Experience of management tool
