Sr. Program Manager (5139)

As Sr. Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities, with the goal to make an impact across the federal government.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee financial, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program.
• Manage contract finances.
• Serves as the principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters.
• Provide day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.
• Seek and develop outside funding sources.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Must have an Active TS/SCI Clearance OR be eligible for a TS/SCI with T5 investigation.
• Masters degree with 10+ years of PM experience OR Bachelor’s with 12+ years PM experience
• PMP certification
• IAT II level certification (Security+)
• Experience with systems analysis, systems management, networks management, software development.
