Job Summary:
This is an implementation position within our Professional Services team in an exciting, customer-interfacing role that is responsible for leading client engagements and internal project team performance to ensure successful delivery of assigned projects based upon the defined scope, budget and timeline. This role will also actively participate in assisting with key services sales opportunities with the current client base. Excellent communication, along with problem solving and organizational skills are crucial to the success of this position.
This is a hybrid position with a minimum requirement of three (3) days per week working from our headquarters in Peachtree Corners, GA.

Responsibilities:
- Recognizes, communicates internally, and assists with the sale of significant additional products and/or services to existing customers
- Effectively utilizes a team of resources and adheres to schedule dates to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction
- Ensures the quality of project output through coordination of internal and external resources
- Oversees and tracks projects from kickoff to deployment manages risks across assigned project portfolio; and ensures customer obligations are met
- Provides guidance and assigns or establishes authority for all project activities
- Professionally and accurately completes detailed project plans and provides timelines with project milestones
- Provides high quality and comprehensive implementation processes for complex and high-profile clients
- Handles issue resolution escalated by clients or other team members and engages appropriate resources to ensure proper mitigation and client satisfaction
- Facilitates communication and takes specific actions necessary to meet corporate and client objectives
- Interfaces with clients, Alogent and/or vendors to negotiate coordination issues, intervals and/or deliverables for successful implementation of a project
- Provides status reporting based on communication plans and as defined by assigned projects
- Tracks and communicates the project status and metrics to other organizations within Alogent as required
- Supports Executive Management and the Sales team in their client management and sales efforts
- Provides effort estimates, staffing requirements, timelines, pricing and SOW document input for implementations
- Manages multiple projects in a single solution practice area with the ability to act an SME as required
- Ensures utilization percentage goals are met for assigned project resources
- Acts as a mentor to Implementation team members
- Recognizes and communicates internally, the potential for additional products and/or services sales to existing clients
- Leads solution discussions between the Alogent and customer teams, bridges the gap between the customer's business needs and the Alogent products
- Ensures adherence to policies and procedures, business processes, and workflows
- Leads in defining and enhancing implementation strategies for the Services team
- Effectively utilizes a team of resources and adhere to schedule dates to ensure successful project completion and customer satisfaction
- Works with customer stakeholders to identify and understand risks to project completion
- Collaborates with Product and Development teams to evaluate and iterate on requirements during project phases
- Provides effort estimates, staffing requirements, timelines, pricing and SOW document input for implementations
- Conducts analysis and resolution of complex customer problems/situations while practicing excellent customer relation skills
- Participates and assists in various interdepartmental processes including technical sales support, defect reporting and handover to support
- Meets defined utilization target
- If applicable, provides functional management of direct reports
- Recognizes and communicates internally the potential for additional products and/or services sales to existing customers
- Mentors and assists new Program and Project Managers, including onboarding and training on implementation processes and procedures

Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience managing the implementation of Alogent software or similar solutions for financial institutions
- Ability to manage multiple implementation practices as product portfolios
- Ability to manage multiple software implementation projects at the same time
- Ability to drive assigned resources towards team utilization and revenue goals
- Excellent organizational, program, and project management skills required
- Extensive knowledge of project planning tools and techniques including resource allocation, time management, and cost/benefit analysis
- Strong project portfolio management and experience
- Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- Is a team player as exhibited by working relationship with team members as well as others throughout the company
- Ability to communicate with others of varying levels in a clear and professional manner
- JIRA, Financial Force or other project management tools
- Knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office suite for managing implementations
- The ability to work remotely with limited supervision
- Ability to understand and address customer questions
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to a business team
- Ability to provide a consultative approach to customer specific requirements to provide the optimal solution to the customer
- Documentation, problem solving and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Software development life-cycle experience; waterfall or agile
- Ability to communicate with others of varying technical ability in a clear and professional manner
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A team player with strong relationship building skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to conduct presentations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Ability to work with international clients
- Knowledge of the sales management function
- Prior use and knowledge of Salesforce
- Prior use and knowledge of a Professional Services Automation (PSA) application
- Experience with hosted and on-premise implementations
- Understanding of Product Release concepts, defect management, configuration management
- PMI certification
Working Conditions:
- This position may require you to work on weekends, or occasionally be on call after hours
- Domestic travel may be required
