We are currently seeking a Sr. Program Manager - Business Development to join our dynamic Air Solutions team. This is an Alpharetta, GA based role.

This position is for a Sr. Program Manager - Business Development. As a Sr. Program Manager - Business Development, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the development and implementation of new business initiatives and partnerships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to pursue them, and manage programs to ensure their successful implementation.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage process improvement initiatives, ensuring that projects are within budget and to the required standard

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions that align with business objectives

• Collaborate with the systems team and other departments to identify and implement process automation solutions

• Develop and manage new business initiatives and partnerships, including identifying opportunities, conducting research, and developing business cases.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to pursue new business opportunities

• Manage the full lifecycle of new business initiatives and partnerships, including program planning, development, execution, and evaluation

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and risk mitigation plans

• Manage program resources, including personnel, budgets and other resources

• Ensure that programs are aligned with business objectives, stakeholder needs and regulatory requirements

• Develop and maintain program metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and ensure successful program outcomes

• Provide regular status reports and updates to senior management and other stakeholders

• Identify and manage program risks and issues, and develop and implement mitigation plans

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new business initiatives and partnerships.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and product to design and implement programs that support eh sales process and improve sales productivity and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, program management or related field

• Strong knowledge of business development methodologies, tools, and best practices

• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams and projects

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
