Job Summary

The Sr Program Mgr, DEI & Culture will manage and implement Papa John's DE&I strategy, programs, and initiatives across the organization as directed. One of the main roles of this position is to engage and support cross-functional teams to execute actions from the DEI strategic workstreams. The candidate will contribute to and support the DE&I strategic framework pursuant to the company's overall DE&I goals. The candidate will stay abreast of trends and best practices in DE&I and ensure that programs, policies, and related training are contemporary. The candidate will use data to measure program impact, employee engagement, and external benchmarking and share with business leadership. Partner with the VP DEI to develop programs that support the DEI strategy. This role will manage and implement all DE&I initiatives, programs, events, and awareness across the organization in alignment with Papa John's cultural and business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement PJI culture and DE&I initiatives, strategy, programs, project teams, and events cross-functionally
  • Develop procedures, manage policies and conduct research on key culture and diversity & inclusion topics, programs and initiatives
  • Partner with Field Human Resources, business leaders, Talent Management, and L&D teams to ensure the integration and execution of DE&I initiatives into the overall culture strategic plan and PJI culture
  • Build the ongoing ERG strategy and related activities to maximize engagement, drive measurable impact and attract, develop and retain talent
  • Globally align the ERGs and establish the governance and reporting model, assuring integration of ERG strategic plans and programming with goals of DEI
  • Partner with Talent & Org Effectiveness to deliver & operationalize PJI engagement survey and engagement council
  • Develop and track metrics/ KPI's for measuring the effectiveness of our internal and external cultural and diversity initiatives and present progress to management, benchmark against external organizations in the same industry
