Flight Itinerary (About The Role)

As Sr. Program Manager of Marketing Analytics & Operations, you will set the roadmap for our overall digital marketing analytics strategy and data architecture, while creating and integrating new processes and acquisitions into FLYR’s Marketing Operations. Your role will be primarily to develop the architecture that will help analyze data and turn it into insights that better inform the overall Marketing and digital strategy. In this role, you will lead the data and operational strategy driving scalable growth for the business, while at the same time integrating acquired business systems and data to mitigate risk and maximize synergies/success.

This role reports directly to the VP of Digital Marketing & Marketing Operations.

What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities)
  • Set the overall Marketing data architecture and strategy that drives the broader strategic initiatives of the Marketing and Growth team
  • Assist in the digital strategy integration track to consolidate acquired businesses into a standard set of data, systems, and processes
  • Ensure the architecture and measurement capabilities of all campaign components are done seamlessly across channels
  • Partner with the Sales Operations team to ensure continued collaboration and alignment
  • Present to the Marketing leadership team on key trends and the channel performance impacts Marketing campaigns are having on the outcomes of the business
  • Assess the current marketing data integrity and quality, and identify areas of improvement to fill existing gaps

  • 10+ years of experience driving Digital direct-response marketing programs in a fast-paced environment
  • 10+ years of B2B experience with preference given to Enterprise & B2B SaaS experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Marketing Operations including CRM, marketing automation systems, and strategy
  • Demonstrated experience in Web Strategy including information architecture, SEO, conversion rate optimization, WordPress development, and website governance is a plus
  • Experience managing individual contributors including hiring, inspiring, and leading within a fast-paced, ever-changing marketing organization
  • Collaborating effectively with sales to achieve results - building a deep relationship where they’re trusted partners and allies working as one team
  • Experience working with Sales Operations and Finance to define and develop forecasts, goals, and reporting
  • Experience driving targeted messages in B2B markets with account-based marketing
  • Experience with integrating acquired businesses as an asset
  • A track record of delivery on complex projects, using strong organizational skills, and the ability to influence and work cross-functionally
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively market the work of Marketing internally
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills – must have the ability to analyze and derive meaning from data which you will then translate into actionable changes
  • Ability to build budgets with justification and validated assumptions to explain marketing plan, impact, and ROI
