Reporting to the Global VP of Portfolio Marketing and functioning with a chief-of-staff perspective, the ideal Sr. Program Manager candidate will help refine and manage cross-functional processes and projects that are critical to team and company success. We seek a team player (high EQ) with keen attention to detail and a natural comfort collaborating across functions and stakeholders to build relationships and processes that drive results. Ability to define/refine, manage and streamline processes to scale are key components for success as well as excellent project management, tracking and communications.

What you'll do
  • Drive and maintain the product roadmap, quarterly launch plans, timelines, guidelines, and calendars for key activities.
  • Lead regular cross-functional planning meetings in support of quarterly launches, major events (e.g. trade shows and SKO) and cross-team projects (e.g., website refresh).
  • Ensure that product roadmap, quarterly communications and events calendar are consistently maintained for easy reference by broader Marketing organization.
  • Support Portfolio Marketing by developing and reviewing monthly reports that highlight financial metrics by line of business (e.g. Salesforce and/or Tableau reports related to revenue targets, campaign performance, key customer wins, etc.).
  • Establish business rhythm and calendar for Portfolio Marketing group. Ensure cadence is maintained so that the team remains on-time and ready for QBRs, portfolio planning meetings (XLRs), regular executive reviews (MLTs), etc.
  • Manage and coordinate high value, cross-functional initiatives, and projects, as well as the execution in support of special programs/projects (e.g., persona study).

  • Ability to create and plan projects, creating timelines, templates and objectives; ability to lead and drive cross-functional meetings to actions and outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational and management skills including ability to communicate with cross-functional teams and up-level for executives.
  • Persuasive teammate and influential leader with experience driving initiatives with demonstrable outcomes, engaging across teams, and supporting others to execute at higher levels.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills. Comfortable using a data-driven approach. Familiarity with Salesforce. Monday and Tableau are a definite plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and passion to β€˜get it right.’
  • Results-driven and action-oriented.
What's required for application
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience of progressively expansive responsibilities, with experience in program and/or process management, product management, product marketing, or the like.
  • Familiarity with Product Marketing practices – understanding of the product life cycle and launch process.
