About the Job

As our Sr. Programming Lead, OCEO you will ideate, execute, and manage our executive and leadership programming across the organization. Your work will directly support internal communications, leadership development, event strategy, operationalization of our cultural pillars, and more. You will be a trusted partner to the CEO and his Chief of Staff, often working cross-functionally with leaders across all departments at Redesign Health. You will bring a program management approach to all OCEO initiatives in order to ensure effective and efficient coordination and progress across all OCEO priorities.

You will report to our Chief of Staff to the CEO at our New York City headquarters or work remotely.

What you’ll do:
  • Work collaboratively with the Chief of Staff and several leaders across the business to ideate, develop and execute leadership programming as well as the bi-weekly company All Hands
  • Lead programmatic efforts around internal communications, leadership development, cultural pillar support, event strategy, and more
  • Support the organization, coordination, and prioritization of all OCEO initiatives
What you’ll need:
  • You have 6+ years experience and proven success developing and coordinating programming (company All Hands, strategic events, conferences, leadership development, learning & development, etc.)
  • You have 6+ years experience and proven success in program / project management either as a strategy & operations team member and/or in a Chief of Staff role
  • You have 4+ years experience in effectively managing and collaborating across cross-functional and senior stakeholders

  • You demonstrate sound decision making, knowing when to proactively move something forward yourself versus when to raise an issue and ask for help
  • You are an excellent oral and written communicator and can adjust your communication style to address multiple audiences, including senior stakeholders
  • You are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented – team members can rely on you to coordinate several moving pieces and process complex projects forward effectively and in a timely manner

Additional Information

Full-time base salary of $156,000 plus a competitive equity & benefits package listed under the "Why work with us?" section.
