Job Description
MoneyLion is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join MoneyLion’s Marketing team. Our Sr. Project Manager will report to the Chief Customer Officer and enable the team to produce the highest quality output with the most efficient use of resources.Â

This position is a Hybrid position with 3+ days per week in the NYC office.
If you join us, you will be serving as the interface between Product Marketing, Channels (paid media, social, and lifecycle, including email, push, in-app, and text) and Creative Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Process design:Â Â
- Develop and refine creative development processes, managing the day-to-day workflow and output between cross-functional teams.
- Identify an ideal set of tools to manage the end-to-end campaign process, from briefing to post campaign analysis, including QA.Â
- Implement new ways of working and effective RACIs to drive efficiency for the marketing team.Â
Project Management:Â
- Co-own marketing calendar
- Co-own marketing asset library
- Develop and distribute campaign performance reports
- Support the timely delivery of high-growth marketing initiatives by developing/managing detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, tracking risks/issues and completion of key deliverables through omnichannel approach..Â
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders on creative briefs, kickoff calls and managing resource allocation across the team.
- Ensure that all marketing projects are routed through the appropriate legal and regulatory compliance processes, including third party partners.
- Develop, maintain and update project files as well as documentation, including instructions and project results.
- Ensure all marketing assets are on brand and always up to date.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a relevant field
- 8-10+Â years relevant project management experience, ideally in lifecycle or performance marketing fields
- Experience working with project management tools, i.e. Asana or Monday.com including setting up workflows, assigning resources, and managing timelines
- Experience running creative briefing meetings
- Experience developing and maintaining vendor relationships
- Ability to collaborate and manage projects effectively with both internal teams and external vendors
- Ability to multitask and be nimble in a fast-paced startup environment
- Great prioritization skills to arrange tasks in the most efficient manner
- Communications and project coordination experience
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills, as well as a proven ability to take large problems and break them down into component pieces.
- Highly detail oriented
- General understanding of marketing and sales KPIs
- Nice to have: An eye for design and understanding what best in class copy reads like
