Sr. Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Americas region manages a diverse portfolio of technology, strategic, and process related projects. Our project management methodology is predominantly waterfall with a strong emphasis on resource management to orchestrate the delivery of multiple projects within the time committed to the business. That said, we encourage flexibility to adopt the methodology to fit the needs of the business and project team.

The Senior Project Manager on this team will have the opportunity to manage projects for enterprise applications and new technology platforms using Waterfall, Hybrid, Flexible or Agile methodology. We have strong business and IT leads combined with capable technology partners working on each project. As part of the Americas Team you will work with a group of driven and intelligent experts collaborating to provide business value on each project.

Experience and Skills

• Build and Maintained detailed and accurate project plans
• Risk/Issue identification and tracking
• Highly collaborative / transparent
• Comfortable with routine and with flexibility
• Experience with organizations who have made or making the agile journey
• Embrace change / desire to learn
• Desire to build new processes and tools

Work Experience:

• Typically 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.

Education and Certification(s):

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained

Distinguishing Characteristics:

• 8+ years explicit project manager experience
• Project Management Certification
• Preferred: Certified Scrum Master
