Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) Implementation to lead critical projects within the internal services and HR consulting domain. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated expertise in SOX compliance, private implementations, and acquisition-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead SOX implementation projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and deadlines.

• Identify and manage interaction points across various departments to streamline SOX-related activities.

• Oversee acquisition-related activities and integrate SOX compliance requirements effectively.

• Implement private compliance frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, and internal audit teams, to drive successful project outcomes.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.

• Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) is highly desirable.

• Proven experience in SOX compliance and implementation projects.

• Experience with interaction point management and acquisition-related projects.

• Strong background in private implementation within internal services or HR consulting industries.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
