Sr. Project Manager

Job Summary

Amare/iLABS is currently seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our team. This role is a great opportunity to get to the ground floor of a growing and successful company. We are looking for a driven individual who wants to work hard and grab opportunities. The ideal candidate will provide project follow-up to our Sales team and internal operations. They should be well-organized and be comfortable supporting numerous ongoing projects. Keeping a timeline and tracking orders are very important in this person's role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, implement and execute product launches from conception to shipment with alignment of Product Development, Research & Development, Quality Control, and Operations.
• Support and align with Purchasing teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist and generate relevant documents for production.
• Support Sales team with diligent customer satisfaction for re-order placements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-8+ years of relevant experience from the dietary/nutritional supplements industry is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and open to learning new ERP systems.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, manufacturing deadlines, administrative coordination, and logistics.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
