As a Sr Project Manager supporting Supply Chain Operations, you will be trusted to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for an administrative or business process at Fort Worth - Centre, TX!

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for warehouse automation initiatives, including Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS), conveyor systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and robotics integrations.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements.
• Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.
• Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., International Standards Organization).
• Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
• May include work managing multiple, interrelated projects (including business transformation projects).
• On some projects, the work may include integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables.
• Lead the selection, procurement, and integration of various automation technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Distribution and logistics background
• Project management experience.
• Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.

What You'll Bring to Alcon:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 5 Years of Relevant Experience
