Role Responsibilities
  • Develop concrete, detailed project plans for interdependent programs and clients, including timeline, goals, and responsibilities.
  • Closely monitor each project and program to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Problem solve and escalate roadblocks to Sr. Director as needed
  • Post-project completion, document and analyze results, identifying areas of opportunity, trends, and successful strategies. Present analysis to Leadership with data to support conclusions and recommendations.
  • Offer visibility to Sales on any upsell opportunities within client accounts.
  • Provide feedback to Product team of any enhancement requests,
  • efforts such as case study development or materials preparation
  • Other duties as assigned and, while subject to change, can include:
  • Assisting with the triage of support issues.
  • Configuring product to meet client needs.
  • Working with integration team in performing project integration testing.
  • Managing review and configuration of post-implementation requests.

Qualifications
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project and/or program management experience
  • 2+ years of software implementation experience; healthcare technology preferred
  • Strong initiative and sense of ownership; problem solver
  • Outcomes-focused with strong time management and prioritization abilities
  • High detail orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong Excel skills

Role-Related PHI Access
  • This role requires access to all client accounts for purposes of client implementations as well as client environment QA/UAT processes
