As Sr. Project Manager, you’ll be working with the PMO to manage projects, prepare dashboards, and ensure delivery aligns with requirements.

What you’ll do:
- You'll create and maintain technical documents including software and systems engineering diagrams, systems operations documents, testing and evaluation (T&E) plans and T&E reports, and user operations guides
- You’ll prepare reports according to customer specification
- You'll work with the PowerBi Developer to streamline and automate dashboard reporting
- You'll provide oversite of operational planning, establishment, execution and evaluation of a multifaceted program
- You’ll assist the Program Manager in providing required team leadership, guidance, and program management vision; consult with senior leadership as needed in support of day-to-day operations.
- You'll work with technical teams to provide day-to-day operations, modernization, and enhancements to the enterprise operations
- You'll develop, cultivate, and manage customer relationships.
- You'll plan and recommend improvements, modernization, or additional equipment to increase the capacity of service delivery
- You'll prepare executive-level reports that ensure optimal performance and maintain records of service level agreements for customers
- You'll also oversee the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities.
- You'll work with a large team to improve data analytics and measurement across DS
- You'll prepare deliverables and produce weekly and monthly status and activity reports
- You'll also prepare cost control, performance measurement reports, cost and schedule variance analysis reports and forecasting
- You will provide day-to-day support to the program team regarding weekly project review
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Have 9+ years of experience working directly with customers, product owners, and stakeholders to elicit requirements
- Have the ability to design and maintain dashboards in ServiceNow to assist PMO in achieving overall SLAs.
- You have experience with data center operations, IT infrastructure management, systems engineering or IT program management
- You understand of large, complex IT Projects and Organizations
- An active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret
- You have both the Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL Certification or the ability to obtain
- You have strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
- You know agile methodologies and how to manage across varied workstreams
- You have created and maintained complex project schedules
- You have prepared project and program status and activity reports based on current and forecast schedules
- You have experience monitoring time sheet compliance for employees across program
- You have prior experience of acting as a liaison between your team, program leadership, and the Government POCs to address any issues that may arise during the conduct of all services performed under the task order
- You have assisted reviewing and preparing project documentation deliverables
- You have excellent written and communication skills
- You have experience drafting and delivering briefings, analysis, and reporting for senior level executives
