CGI is seeking a seasoned IT project manager to join our growing Life Sciences team in Phoenix, Arizona. Successful candidates must be able to work in a cross-functional environment and collaborate with CGI members and clients. Candidates will support the client's manufacturing division. This position is a hybrid work model requires candidates to be on-site in Phoenix on a part-time basis.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Support multiple workstream leads by ensuring deliverables are completed and workstream objectives are accomplished

Effectively manage third party suppliers (i.e., control vendor costs, reduce vendor-related risks, ensure service delivery)

Organize and facilitate program workshops and meetings with client and vendor audiences

Develop and review program related status reports, financial reports, presentations, and other applicable documentation for accuracy and summarization

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

The following skills are critical for success in this role:

8-10 years of IT project management experience

Experience in project financial management (i.e., forecasting, PO management, expense tracking)

Experience in of the following core areas:

Process Automation Systems

Quality Manufacturing

Controls Systems Validation

Infrastructure, SAP, and/or applications to support manufacturing

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office plus Microsoft Project

PMP Certification is preferred, not required

Experience in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical and/Manufacturing Industry Experience preferred

Education: Bachelor's Degree
