Title: Project Manager, Clinical Operations and Learning

Role Description:
This role will plan and manage priority projects across the Clinical Operations & Learning function. Project topic areas will vary based on organizational priorities, and will focus on the most important efforts to advance excellence in clinical operations. The content scope will frequently involve the diagnosis, design, and development of learning solutions to meet pressing organizational needs. This is a fast-paced, high visibility role to ensure that we are driving innovation and improvement rapidly and consistently across CO&L efforts. The project manager will coordinate across locations and functions to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Core Responsibilities:

• Own the management of assigned projects, including maintaining timelines, milestones, status updates, deliverables, and key metrics
• Work closely with functional and regional leaders to ensure priorities and local execution are aligned
• Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure visibility and coordination among various workstreams
• Deliver project completion according to timelines, budgets, and success metrics
• Other duties, as assigned

• Bachelor degree required, experience in healthcare and/or in learning & development preferred
• Deep project management expertise
• Ability to build the trust and confidence of a wide range of stakeholders
