Sr. QA/BA Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY

Flexjet is currently seeking a highly motivated SR. QA/BA Analyst who will help companies Oracle EBS Contracts, Billing and Finance projects. We support the technology needs of all established private jet brands and using Oracle EBS to support our brands' contract and billing functions.

An ideal candidate will have needed skill sets and experiences to ensure a high level of quality, quickly become a product expert, and advocate for user experience. This role will work closely with other IT team members as well as business units to collect user requirements, document acceptance criteria, create test plans and then execute those plans. Team members are expected to troubleshoot existing system and Oracle ERP system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. ideal candidate will develop good rapport with our users by understanding their requirements and providing optimal solutions to meet their business objectives. They are expected to conduct daily activities with the utmost professionalism: create a positive and collaborative work environment, focus on empathy and building long-lasting relationships with every interaction, and going above and beyond for the benefit of our customers and our company.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Requirements collection and analysis across new ERP system and legacy systems, with local, remote and/or offshore teams
• Converting requirements into IT specifications and integrating them into VSTS
• Documenting specifications for building solutions, and optimizing this process
• Design and document testing/QA plan
• Communicating and coordinating efforts and workshops between business and IT teams
• Improve business analyst processes and advise best practice
• Coordinate and assist with end user acceptance testing sessions

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• 2+ years of MS SQL programming experience - needed to understand our legacy system
• 2+ years of Oracle ERP end user experiences. Experience on Service Contract and OM a strong plus
• 2+ years' experience with quality assurance and/or business analysis
• Prior experience in application software testing preferred
• Experience with Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) a plus
• Experience in an Agile environment a plus
• Ability to work in a complex, ever changing environment
