Who You Are:
We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who loves the challenge of bringing in the best talent at an iconic advertising agency. You will provide the best possible candidate experience from end to end, and you must be natural at building strong relationships.
You are energetic, always willing to jump in, and understand the nuances of a multi-faceted hiring landscape. You have a proven ability to act at both the strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced environment; must be extremely organized, detail oriented, flexible and able to multi-task. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you must be able to work at all levels and disciplines in the organization.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of working in advertising or a recruiting environment
- Passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences and committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruiting efforts
- Proactive mindset, able to anticipate future hiring needs
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across individuals at all levels
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment while being accountable for individual goals
- Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Greenhouse ATS experience preferred, but not required
What You’ll Do
- Manage end to end recruiting process for open roles (posting jobs, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, etc.)
- Hire the best talent across both creative and non-creative roles (including Business/Account, Media, Strategy, Production, Operations, Admin)
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand the team, the job brief, and the recruitment needs
- Collect feedback from hiring team to move candidates through the pipeline in a timely manner and provide ongoing updates to key team members
- Build a pipeline of potential candidates that align with our values and create/maintain relationships with them
- Attend industry events, conferences, and campus recruitment events to strengthen and build a diverse talent pool
- Partner with larger Talent team on annual Internship and YoungBlood Program (screening candidates, scheduling interviews, managing offer process, etc.)
- Assist with coordination of freelance or temporary help, if needed
- Greet candidates for in-person interviews; this is a hybrid role that requires 3 days/week in our NYC office

Location:
Given the nature of our Recruiting team, we are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to New York City, in the near future (first 60 days of employment).
The annual salary range for this role is $80,000-90,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic location and experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable.
