Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
As a Sr. Recruiting Specialist, you'll excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, self-motivation, and quick learning will be your strengths, all while maintaining a positive "can-do" attitude. You'll handle a diverse range of responsibilities and projects, spanning from interview scheduling and administrative tasks to report building and creating a positive candidate experience. Some aspects of the role will be highly analytical, requiring independent judgment and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence

• Manage all recruiting process documents and policies, continually seeking ways to enhance the candidate experience and operational efficiency.
• Maintain and document recruiting programs, such as Internships, Referral Programs, College Recruiting, and Job Boards.
• Provide timely support and guidance to team members on general recruiting questions and processes.
• Ensure smooth execution of operational changes for individuals in our systems.
• Schedule interviews, which may involve coordinating across multiple time zones and countries.
• Arrange candidate travel and cater candidate lunches when necessary.
• Leverage data to drive decision-making and contribute to a data-driven recruiting approach.
• Approach tasks with rigorous analytical thinking.
• Maintain a customer-centric focus, consistently seeking opportunities to improve our processes.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in HR generalist, Insights, Analytics, or People Operations roles.
• Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong proficiency in creating and managing Google Documents.
• Strong scheduling expertise, including coordination across various time zones.
• Dedication to ensuring the best possible candidate experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills; project management experience is a plus.
• A continuous improvement mindset, actively seeking opportunities to optimize or automate processes.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members.
• Passion for contributing to the success of others.
• Must be located in Chicago, IL (hybrid office model)
