Sr. Regional Account Representative
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Inside Salesperson to contribute to our company’s continued growth. Your responsibilities include sales prospecting, deal closures, and building long-term client relationships.
As a Sr. Regional Account Representative, you will use your creativity and knowledge of online sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and collaboration skills are also essential for this position.

- Proactively work to generate new qualified prospects, promptly respond to all provided sales leads, and conduct all sales activities in an aggressive, upbeat, proactive fashion. Primary objective is to attain sales quota.
- Listen to and understand the needs of the prospective client
- Track the status and activities of all assigned accounts and prospects in the appropriate tracking systems and generate periodic reports upon request of WellSky’s management related to expected closures for any given fiscal quarter, overall prospect lists, and other information, as necessary
- Be able to explain the circumstances and situations in any current opportunity with accurate and current information as to the status/strategy, budget cycles, personnel, etc., and be able to state the strategy for winning the business.
- Build sales pipeline and manage client relationships by ensuring proper setting of expectations and responding to escalated client issues.
Required Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in direct software salesÂ
Preferred Experience:Â
- Experience with SaaS sales
- Experience in Home Health and/or HospiceÂ
- Online demonstration experience
