Sr. Revenue Accountant

We have partnered with our client in Central Houston, TX on their search for a Sr. Revenue Accountant. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position. This position will convert into a permanent position in approximately 3-6 months. This is a hybrid-remote role. All candidates must live in the Houston, TX area for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Book Gas & NGL Revenue for Operated properties using plant statements.
• Prepare spreadsheets, invoicing, transportation rebills, allocations, imbalances, and inventory
• Prepare journal entries
• Volume and price input for Revenue uploads
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of work assignments and processes
• Provide analysis and support data
• Assist with Monthly close process
• Balance sheet reconciliations, such as A/P and A/R

Skills Required

• Minimum 5+ years of Oil & Gas revenueaccounting experience required.
• Previous experience booking Gas and NGL Revenue for operated plant statements required.
• Ogsys software experience highly preferred
