Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst

As the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will support the daily Order to Cash operations, the global revenue accounting operations and revenue close process. You will play an essential role in data integrity; ensuring all customer, opportunity and subscription information is accurate and reportable. You will partner with other teams to create and promote a scalable order to cash process. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations.
- Analyze signed contracts and completed orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance to company bookings and revenue recognition guidelines
- Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Renewals, Collections, Legal, and Revenue departments and become an expert in our order to cash policy and procedures
- Create detailed records in NetSuite to meet internal service level agreement supporting billing, commissions, forecasting and revenue recognition processes
- Review and evaluate current deal closure procedures and challenge those items that delay or complicate deal closure, invoicing, revenue recognition, commissions, and collections workflows. Guide creative solutions to improve workflows based on analysis
- Perform assigned month end accounting and reporting operations activities
- Design scalable, maintain and support order to cash processes and assist in transformation of build systems infrastructure to support month-end close
- Develop and document controls and procedures for new and existing business models
- Develop and prepare schedules and reports regarding team metrics for management review
- Manage special projects as assigned and deliver accurate results
- Contribute ideas and innovations on legacy policies that improve efficiency and compliance experience
What you will need:
- 3+ years operational accounting experience in a growing SaaS technology company
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working with sales, customer contracts, and order desk operations
- Be a Subject Matter Expert using Excel (pivot tables, XV lookups, building customized and complex formulas etc)
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tableau
- Experience creating efficient processes to support order to cash function using strong attention to detail
