Summary:

The Sr. Commissions Analyst, Revenue Operations will act as our incentive management lead owning end-to-end commissions process to ensure commissions are calculated accurately and paid in a timely manner.  This seasoned commissions professional will leverage Xactly Incent to bring a balance of creative problem solving and process improvement as we seek to create scalable processes that drive the right behaviors in pursuit of ZipRecruiter’s ambitious goals.

Key Focuses:

• Calculate commissions for multiple sales teams across our go-to-market organization according to compensation plans and internal policies, ensuring commission and bonus calculations are done accurately and in a timely manner given payroll deadlines.
• Build and maintain compensation calculation models and actively work towards automated solutions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to onboard sales new hires, manage role changes and build and route compensation plans via Xactly
• Maintain the core data requirements in Xactly Incent for calculating sales commissions (i.e., sales hierarchy, target incentive, quota, leveraging data from ADP and Salesforce).
• Research, provide & analyze data. Observe, and analyze historical data, trends, and correlations to make recommendations on the synchronization of company financial targets, sales targets, and quotas.
• Identify and troubleshoot system and data variances then help to develop solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years equivalent relevant work experience with sales commissions processing and calculations
• Experience with Xactly Incent (certification level 1) 
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft / Google-Suite applications
• Basic accounting knowledge with an understanding of commission accruals
• Steadfast focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and comfort speaking in groups

Preferred Qualifications:

• Xactly Incent certification level 2, 3, or 4
• Technologically adept with Salesforce.com experience (certification(s), a plus)
• Highly self-motivated with a consistent track record to act resourcefully and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional at working as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
• Detail-oriented, organized, and strong time-management skills

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $82,500-$127,500. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
