Sr. Revenue Operations Specialist

Location: North America (At least 4 hour working overlap with PST)

We're looking for a Sr. Revenue Operations Specialist to play a pivotal role in optimizing the operations that drive revenue growth for Zapier. As a subject-matter expert in revenue operations, you’ll leverage your analytical and technical skills to enhance our CRM systems, automate processes, and elevate productivity for go-to-market teams. Additionally, your ability to drive projects and collaborate across various functions will be fundamental in aligning our sales, marketing, and customer success programs.
Revenue Operations at Zapier is a dynamic team responsible for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of go-to-market programs with technology, data, and process. We identify, implement, and manage GTM tooling, bridge data and system gaps, enable go-to-market teams, and deliver insights to inform strategic decision-making.

About You
- You have 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations. You’ve worked at a B2B SaaS company to help a growing sales organization optimize productivity through process, automation and insights. You’ve identified bottlenecks in the sales process and developed solutions to overcome them. If you’ve supported a product-led sales team, that’s a huge plus.
- Problem-solving energizes you. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can break down complex problems into achievable goals. Leading cross-functional projects energizes you, and you’re comfortable driving alignment and navigating complex organizations.
- You have expert knowledge of modern CRMs and Marketing Automation Platforms. You’ve served as an administrator for your team’s tech stack and help bridge technical gaps between stakeholders. You’ve played a key role in CRM implementations and integrations and your familiar with the Sales tooling landscape.
- You are fluent in Marketing or Sales data. You have demonstrated the ability to analyze data to identify new opportunities and drive future decisions, while effectively weighing investment versus potential business outcome. You understand which information needs to flow in and out of Marketing and Sales platforms in order to run successful campaigns. And you’ve helped to eliminate data silos that slow down execution and reporting.
- You’re an outstanding communicator. You are an excellent written communicator and are experienced creating documentation. You communicate successfully across teams at a growing organization. You ask questions to uncover the goals and motivations of your colleagues. You’re able to communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to create solutions that meet business needs.
- You remain focused on impact. In RevOps, there is no shortage of work to do. You stay focused on what will have the biggest impact on the business, prioritize tasks effectively, and decide when to find quick solutions versus when to create thorough, scalable processes.
Things You’ll Do

- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to scope, roadmap and implement solutions to solve business problems for go-to-market teams.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance to offer strategic insights and action items to sales and marketing leaders.
- Contribute to the RevOps AI strategy by using AI to make sales and marketing more efficient and effective.
- Being on a 10-person RevOps team yields opportunities to learn and partner on special projects — assist with special projects across marketing ops, customer success ops, sales ops, analytics, enablement and tooling.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and administrator for the Go To Market tech stack (Nice to have experience with more than one of these tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Product-led sales platforms)

The pay ranges for this role are:
United States: 114,300/142,900/171,500 USD
Canada:Â 114,300/142,900/171,500 CAD
A Candidate's compensation package is finalized once the interview process is concluded and accounts for experience, competencies (job knowledge, skills and abilities) and internal equity. We use a competency-based approach to base pay, which means we set pay for all Zapier employees based on their competency and skills demonstrated in their role. In alignment with that philosophy, the upper half of a pay range is typically reserved for individuals who have consistently demonstrated a high level of job knowledge and skills for their current role and level while at Zapier.
