The Sr. Risk Analyst position will play a key role working alongside our Director of Risk Management to perform specialized, professional level guidance in the assessment and administration of global insurance coverage and risk programs.

Role Responsibilities:

• Administer existing global insurance programs within program guidelines.
• Analysis of a variety of insurance-related operational and financial information related to coverage, claims, incidents, payouts, and reserves.
• Assist with domestic and international insurance renewals, including exposure collection.
• Manage policy intake and archiving, policy audits, property insurance loss prevention/control efforts, certificate management, insurance-related contract review and other insurance administrative activities.
• Manage insurance-related claims by assessing coverage and claim details; reporting claim(s) to broker/carrier/TPA; working with internal stakeholders, broker/carrier/TPA, and defense counsel to develop resolution strategies, identify and solve problems.
• Address questions and concerns from employees and management regarding global risk programs and services.
• Coordinate risk programs with other departments, locations and divisions regarding risk and associated operational matters.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional risk management/insurance experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate in Risk Management (ARM) or related professional certification in the field is preferred.
• Broad knowledge of corporate property and casualty insurance coverages and policy forms, including contract and insurance policy language negotiation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across the organization from senior leadership to co-workers to provide and receive direction.
• Proficiency analyzing and preparing financial, operational, and associated risk reports.
• MS Office, including Excel skills at the intermediate to advanced level
