Sr. Sales Analyst and Reporting

Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth data analysis using existing data sources to identify business problems, recommend solutions, and track the resulting business implications
- Lead collaboration with sales and marketing leadership by clearly articulating strategic insights at a brand and/or customer level to support both sale revenue and growth of multiple brands
- Lead efforts to develop in-market demand forecasting solution framework for multi-brand projections. Develop product-specific short-term and long-term forecast models and maintain up to date forecast models reflecting current data and information
- Support the sales team in determining optimal salesforce deployment as it relates to the roles, coverage, and configuration to maximize sales productivity
- Provide ongoing support for the launch of a new dashboard platform to the salesforce population by creating dashboards, problem shooting issues, and continued training to the sales teams.

- FT Worth, TX
- Hybrid in the DFW area (must live within a drivable distance to DFW)
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years sales analyst experience, preferably in the medical device industry
- Advanced level experience with Excel
Competencies:
- Problem solving - recognizing issues as they arise and quickly work to find the appropriate solution
- Excel Power User
- MS Office
- Highly skilled communicator
- SalesForce familiarity
Travel:
- Up to 10%
