Sr. Sales Commission Analyst (Remote)
Job Description
As a Sr. Sales Commission Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the sales incentive compensation administration and providing business support to the sales organization through analytics.

What you will do
- Maintain the data tables, ad-hoc reporting, finding automation opportunities and troubleshooting in Callidus (SAPC)
- Update the plan rules for changes in compensation plans year over year
- Prepare compensation analysis as needed to review payouts compared to revenue performance
- Analyze major issues and trends related to compensation and sales performance
- Create ad hoc analyses and scenarios as required
- Administer territory master and determine customer segmentation
- Annual Commission planning and territory realignment
- Maintain territory & region maps as well as the zip code to territory cross-reference file
- Perform territory adjustments and coordinate with sales incentive analysts to ensure adjustments made are flowing into commissions
- Ensure timely territory adjustments for proper ranking reporting
What you need:
- 2+ years professional experience supporting sales team
- BA or BS (Business Administration or Finance preferred)
- Sales compensation system experience (Xactly or Callidus (SAPC) preferred)
- Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, JDE, QAD, Cognos or similar tools
- Callidus (SAPC) Admin / Compensation plan creation
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills
$57,000 - $115,100 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
