Sr. Sales Director - Central (Remote)
Job Description
SUMMARY:
The Hyperfine Senior Sales Director (SSD) is responsible for hiring, managing and leading the team of Regional Sales Directors, and driving sales of Hyperfine products into their defined geographical territory. The SSD will focus the sales team into several settings within the hospital (ICU, ED, OR) and other potential locations outside the hospital where point of care MRI can provide value. The SSD will need to manage multiple stakeholders throughout the buying process. Targeted physicians managing patient care, nurses, healthcare services, IT, procurement, and executive level administrators who are critical to making buying decisions. The SSD is responsible for the oversight of the Regional Sales Directors territory plan, helping building strategic relationships and ensuring the team is driving revenue opportunities in a capital sales environment.Ā The SSD must assist the team toĀ sell disruptive technology and coach / lead customers through a change management process for both patient care and hospitalĀ workflows.Ā Ā
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development of the teamās territory plans to achieve quota / revenue growth goals, which will include both tactical and strategic thinking / planning.
- Define and convey theĀ sales process and lead generation process, including specific KPIās that will be monitored and measured weekly, monthly and quarterly to support sales success.
- Collaborate with team members across the Hyperfine organization to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach.Ā
- Ensure that each of the Regional Sales Directors are theĀ Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) or quarterback for the customer at all times while the sales process is underway and throughout the customer lifecycle to penetrate the account fully. SSD will help coach, support to make sure sales objectives are met.Ā
- Provide leadership and coaching within a complex sale with multiple work streams moving simultaneously and in a proper choreography that leads to system / unit sales of Swoop.Ā
- Provide assistance and experience in selling into complex procedures (ICU, ED, OR)Ā and be an expert in anatomy, patient procedures, and delivering product value for targeted clinical specialties.Ā Must be able to learn complex information quickly to apply those learnings in the sales process and convey these learnings to their team.Ā
- Proven success selling technical information to the treating clinician, while also selling financially to the procurement team / CFO andĀ orchestrating complex sales.Ā
- Support the team on live events such as demonstrations and conferences by engaging customer awareness, and working with other commercial teams.
- Partner with commercial and internal stakeholders (ex. product, marketing, clinical sciences, clinical applications, customer success ) to share feedback, identify trends, and make introductions that result in increased value for the customer and Hyperfine.
- Drive utilization of CRM tools, such as Salesforce on a daily and weekly basis to report regional customers, accounts, and sales activities and metrics.Ā
- Provide reports as required by leadership (monthly, quarterly, annually)Ā
- Travel within the defined region to meet customers in person as often as needed. When required, travel outside of your region to attend company and industry events.Ā

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum level of education: Bachelorās degree
- 6+ years medical device sales experience
- 5+ years medical device management experience
- Capital sales experience
SUMMARY:
In this position, you will be responsible for architecture, design and development of the core system software platform that powers our portable MRI.Ā You will help deliver key tools and systems that bridge the gap between many domains, including device drivers, hardware sequencing, data processing, core applications and cloud-based service interfaces. You will work directly as a member of the Research and Development Team, taking advantage of face-to-face communication with any other members of the teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technical lead for front-end software development for complex medical imaging products.
- Work with and support existing legacy code while utilizing newer web technologies.
- Create modern, efficient, elegant, and scalable code.
- Design reliable software for fault-intolerant applications - e.g. medicine, scientific computing.
- Follow our QMS guidelines to meet quality and regulatory requirements.
- Add/update those items in the SCM system repository (e.g., GitHub), and provide clear messages of changes.
- Productize software in conjunction with cross-functional input from Commercial, Clinical, Quality, Manufacturing, Test and HW/SW teams.
- Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Ā Masters degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ yearsā experience designing and building front end UI software applications.
- Ability to lead complex projects.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (experience with React-type architectures and/or the Python language is a plus).
- Experience with new product development.
- Experience with software revision systems, like git, and continuous integration systems.
- Communicate status of all responsible projects both in writing and verbally.
- Experience in fast paced, agile and highly collaborative environments.
