Position Summary:
The role of the Sr. Sales Director, Supply Chain & Automation is to work with enVista's largest and most valuable customer accounts to sell all enVista's services across the account. The role requires advanced mastery and knowledge of supply chain related solutions, services, and technologies to orchestrate a multi-service line deal proposal and close the deal working with senior to C-level executives. Work with customers who are largely mid-market ($250MM-$3B+ in annual revenue). Apply account management rigor and close commercial sales with little support on negotiation or deal structure.

Position Summary:
The role of the Sr. Sales Director, Supply Chain & Automation is to work with enVista's largest and most valuable customer accounts to sell all enVista's services across the account. The role requires advanced mastery and knowledge of supply chain related solutions, services, and technologies to orchestrate a multi-service line deal proposal and close the deal working with senior to C-level executives. Work with customers who are largely mid-market ($250MM-$3B+ in annual revenue). Apply account management rigor and close commercial sales with little support on negotiation or deal structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales from within named accounts and responsible for account management
- Generate sales from net new customers across enVista's services
- Achieve annual sales quotas
- Lead the contract negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making sales processes, and overcome objections to close the deal
- Maintain a strong knowledge of enVista services and opportunities including client stories and case studies specific to the client prospects industry and service need
- Manage the coordination of the legal process by working closely with legal counsel resources both internally and externally (i.e. Mutual NDA, Master Services Consulting Agreements, Statements of Work, etc.). Note: This does not mean to negotiate the legal language, but rather coordinate the timeliness of finalizing legal contracts as a part of the overall close process. Be able to resolve business issues within the various contracts.
- Identify and properly qualify business opportunities for enVista
- Manage and develop relationships with multiple business partners and present to senior executive to C-levels of organizations and prepare formal proposals
- Consider risk and adhere to all enVista credit check policies
- Register and maintain all deals in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Follow the established enVista sales process and methodology
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales Representatives, Business Development, and line of Business Leaders
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, IT, Business, or related field.
- 15+ years of successful commercial sales experience in supply chain, information technology solutions or related field
- Minimum of ten (10) years of implementing or selling multiple solutions into Fortune 500 organizations, including:
- Supply Chain Execution (WMS, LMS, OMS, TMS)
- Supply Chain Strategy
- Operational and IT Value Assessments
- Supply Chain Network Strategy Modeling
- Facility Design and Build
- Material Handling Equipment Integration
- Experience interacting and developing relationships with customer C-Suite resources and developing proposals across multiple solution sets
- Experience with coordinating and organizing multiple project teams to represent a single view of the company to the customer
- Capable of allocating up to 50% of time to being on-site at customer regional or headquarter locations
- Experience coordinating and leading Steering Committee Meetings with customers and 3rd party organizations
- Experience developing quantifiable return on investment as well as CAPEX/OPEX analysis for customers
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
- Expected Travel up to 50%
