Sales Enablement contributes to Notified's business by owning and executing programmed learning experiences that ensure the financial and professional success of our global Sales organization. Sales Enablement programs focus on vital areas such as sales skills development, management and coaching, sales process and methodology, product training, sales ops & tech tools, new hire onboarding and Partner enablement.
Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will provide senior-level strategic leadership and portfolio management of enablement programs and learning experiences that ensure our sellers possess the skills and knowledge needed to effectively meet Notified Sales objectives.
They will focus on our more complex strategic initiatives and will align people, processes and priorities with relevant learning, coaching and communications delivered at the right time to achieve revenue and growth goals.
They will frequently contribute to executive-level interactions and deliverables, and will function with a significant level of autonomy and excellence, with the support of Sales Enablement leadership.

Essential Duties:
- Ownership and senior-level strategic leadership of enablement programs executed by Notified's Sales Enablement Practice
- Ensure alignment across all key program stakeholders, including senior executives and C-level
- Project management and project team leadership within a portfolio of assigned programs, including communications, logistics, and partner relationships
- Create, deliver, and measure the impact of learning programs on all Notified Sales roles. Program impact areas will include Sales Skills, Sales Team Management and Coaching, Notified Products & Process, New Hire Onboarding, Sales Ops & Tools, and more as assigned.
- Collaborate on and contribute to the creation and maintenance of Sales Enablement tech tools (LMS, Intranet, and more as assigned)

- Ability to ensure consistent alignment between business objectives and program outcomes

- Exceptional abilities in conceiving, designing and creating learning experience programs and content
- Exceptional instructor and speaker in both learning and business settings
- Deep and current knowledge of sales training best practices (instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation).
- Deep and current knowledge of enterprise software sales methodologies, process, and buying journey.
- Deep and current knowledge of sales management best practices, including sales business management and developmental sales coaching.
- Exceptional strategic, conceptual and analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility amidst time pressure, frequent change and diverse personalities
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, marketing, psychology or a related field required. Minor or advanced degree in a business discipline preferred. Equivalentwork experience in a similar positionmay be substituted for educational requirements.
Experience:
- 5 or more years of direct experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training or Sales Team Leadership required.
- Past experience selling enterprise software solutions preferred.
Other:
- Exceptional training, teaching, presentation and written communication skills.
- Moderate to highly skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, PDF and Excel. Strong preference for skills and experience with creating video training content.
- Willingness to travel as required up to 10% of time annually
