This position supports the Kraft Heinz Not Co joint venture formed by Kraft Heinz and The Not Company to develop superior plant-based versions of co-branded products at a level of speed, taste, quality, and scale yet to be seen in the industry. NotCo brings its patented, first-of-its-kind technology and proven artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, while Kraft Heinz offers its iconic brand portfolio and scale. The Senior Manager of Natural, Club and Growth Channels will be a key member of the sales team unlocking highly incremental growth channels. This individual will own the development and performance of the product portfolio, working cross-functionally to establish the go-to-market strategies to ensure long term and sustainable development of these channels. Leading the activities to develop and cascade the plan to the Kraft Heinz field sales team.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Partner with the field sales teams to deliver execution and vision of the joint venture sales vision and strategy, serving as the key resource for fundamentals and priorities
- Able to translate the operating model to an actionable plan representing the needs of the customer need
- Deliver critical category information vital to flawless execution of category priorities (e.g., SKU rankings, new item information, competitive information, consumer and shopper insights etc.)
- Track sales execution versus the annual operating plan, proactively identify risks and work cross functionally to develop actionable solutions to ensure plan delivery
- Understand, identify, and apply category analytics to deliver key insights and recommendations to enhance the category impact on merchandising, assortment, pricing, and promotion on a national and localized level
Expected Experience & Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional sales or category management experience; preferably within the natural channel / club
- Excellent analytic / problem-solving capability with solid understanding of syndicated and panel data
- Ability to lead cross functional teams, handle simultaneous projects, and deliver within agreed upon time frames
- Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills with an expertise in organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Excel & Power Point required
Work Environment & Schedule
This is a remote role, with limited travel or visits to external locations. Additionally, this role requires working a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations
Physical demands include but not limited to
- Willingness to drive and/or travel as needed - 25-30%
- Operate a computer and view screens for ~100% of work schedule

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness. We also believe providing a more flexible and agile model is essential in today's workplace. A majority of our office-based employees will be able to work remotely for up to two days each week. Additionally, employees who are subject to this hybrid model will be eligible to work from anywhere for up to six weeks in a rolling 12-month period (in maximum two-week increments and according to benefits and tax guidelines). Some jobs may be required to be performed fully in office depending on the role's responsibilities and requirements.
Base Salary Range: $110,200.00 - $137,800.00
