As a Senior Sales Manager (Software) your role will be instrumental in expanding our U.S. client base, with a primary focus on the commercial marketplace.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager (Software) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our best-in-class software and professional services solutions to F1000 clients and will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to work your assigned leads and achieve/exceed your revenue quota targets, managing your sales pipeline, from lead assignment to closing the opportunity, utilizing CRM tools to track and report on sales activities and opportunities on an ongoing basis.
  • Develop professional, effective sales presentations/product demonstrations to convey our proposed solution and the value that Contiem brings to the prospect's business.
  • Working with our Sales Support team, to develop and accurately scope solutions tailored to the client's specific needs.
  • Develop compelling proposals that accurately convey the solution we are providing and the value that we are bringing to the prospective client.
  • Upon winning a new client/engagement, work closely with the Professional Service team to onboard a new client/engagement, setting us up for long-term success with that client.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands.

Experience and Skills

  • US citizenship.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10+ years of experience selling software and professional services to F1000-type companies using a solutions-selling.
  • Ability to lead in a matrix management environment with a proven ability to collaborate on projects with a mix of remote and centrally located team members across different time zones.
  • In-depth experience working across all of the support and back-office groups that support Sales (e.g., Contracts, Accounting, Professional Services.).

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of content management and/or technical documentation and training.
