Sr. Sales Operations Analyst

Position Summary
The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will work with the global sales operations team and sales leaders to drive process consistency throughout the sales organization. This role will streamline processes and become a trusted advisor for sales leaders, helping them use data to make decisions that will position their teams for success. This role will help drive all aspects of sales operations including annual planning, territory analysis and assignment execution, quota setting, compensation support, sales forecasting, and provide front line sales support in Salesforce.com.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the annual planning cycle including:
- Capacity planning
- Quota planning
- Territory assignment
- Advise sales leaders as needed to settle territory disputes;
- Administer Rules of Engagement (ROE) across different sales teams;
- Provide and implement recommendations that streamline and automate processes;
- Maintain/improve integrations and processes within our Sales Technologies (Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeanData, etc);
- Document and flowchart business processes;
- Maintain a document library including templates, FAQ sheets, process and procedure documents, etc.;
- Use a consultative approach with various business groups to gather requirements and fulfill requests;
- Be a trusted advisor to the sales teams that we support across all aspects of their businesses.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrate attention to detail while still being able to see the bigger picture;
- Works well with others and makes decisions that are in the best interest of the company;
- Have a solid understanding of relational databases and CRM platforms;
- Have 3+ years experience in sales operations roles;
- Have a degree or prolonged experience in accounting, finance or business;
- Have experience implementing and executing business process including:
- Sales Forecasting
- Territory Assignments and Management
- Reporting and Analytic
