Sr. Sales Programs & Tools Specialist

About this position
The Sr. Sales Programs & Tools Specialist is responsible for a wide variety of campaigns and initiatives and will report to the Manager, Sales Programs & Tools to develop and execute on initiatives that have direct impact on company KPI's and support our field of Brand Ambassadors and VIP Customers. The role will require a knowledge of analysis, email marketing, and loyalty programs. Top-notch strategic, analytical, creative, and leadership skills are required as the role is expected to significantly impact performance and drive overall company success.

What you'll do
- You are responsible for assigned campaigns, programs, and incentives to ensure that they run smoothly and provide weekly sales numbers, ROI forms, and data reports to management for commissions, and communications.
- You collaborate with our international markets to ensure Programs & Tools are localized and implemented to optimize market growth.
- You identify new business practice opportunities or suggest modifications to existing practices that could reduce the risk of Customer and Ambassador churn.
- You manage the day-to-day operations of various campaigns, projects, programs, tools, and initiatives.
- You will be a key stakeholder for all Sales Tools & Programs projects and will support and develop new strategies, assist with vendor relationships, creative process, and monitor tools and program performance to maximize ROI.
- You work with multiple departments to help develop and maintain specific reports, dashboards, and measurements for overall company sales KPI's as well as other designated areas of responsibility.
- You report regularly to the Manager, Sales Tools and Programs on all activities relating to the role.
You should have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
- A working knowledge and experience in Social Media marketing
- A knowledge of loyalty programs and integration with mobile app
- You must be a proficient communicator across teams and channels, self-motivated and creative.
