- Preferences :
- Bachelor’s Or Masters degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the applied market and academia sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel.
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the applied market and academia segment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
· Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
· Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Analyze sales data and use insights to refine sales strategies.
· Product Knowledge and Training:
- Develop a deep understanding of PerkinElmer’s product offerings and services.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices.
· Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the other functions in the organization to better customer experience.
- Collaborate with other sales team members and departments to achieve common goals.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
