Role Overview

InStride is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Corporate Partnerships team. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations and Enablement, you will be responsible for the ongoing development, maintenance, and support of existing Salesforce-related systems, integrations, and platforms.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for ongoing development, maintenance and support of existing Salesforce-related systems, integrations, and platforms
  • Consult with Leadership and Stakeholders to generate business requirements, interpret business needs, and align capabilities
  • Work cross-functionally with Learner Success, Academic Partners, Finance and other teams to establish and optimize application of Salesforce against their business and process requirements
  • Partner with IT and Engineering teams to develop and maintain system integrations to maximize Salesforce as a central source of truth
  • Act as an advisor to internal and contracted developers of custom apps, objects, components and permissions
  • Design, test, and implement software plans
  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues
  • Evaluate new Salesforce releases and related applications, participate in the planning and implementation of solutions, and remain current with Salesforce administration and development best practices
  • Maintain, refresh and troubleshoot SFDC sandbox environments
  • Lead efforts to maintain and improve the accuracy of information in CRM. Identify potential inaccurate information, determine root causes, recommend and implement solutions, and enforce guidelines and applicable master data principles with other departments
  • Prepare user training materials and conduct periodic training sessions
  • Author and maintain all related system documentation including requirements, process flows, use cases, and procedures
  • Continuously improve through feedback and self-development
  • Attend training sessions and department meetings to stay informed on company updates and best practices.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned by the leadership team.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, preferred
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required 
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator and Business Analyst certifications, preferred
  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience
  • Experience with Tableau & Einstein preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute work plans and tasks
  • Strong business consulting, analytical & project management skills, with a high detail orientation
  • Understanding of sales operations systems & processes
  • Experience developing powerpoint presentations with precision and high attention to detail
  • Ability to consistently deliver work on time, and provide well-vetted reporting and business recommendations
  • Ability to facilitate cross-organizational teamwork that drives meaningful and measurable results
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Target base compensation amount for this role outlined below. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts shown below.
$95,000—$120,000 USD
