Job Description:
The Salesforce.com Administrator is responsible for managing the Salesforce platform through daily support, configuration, business analysis, and project work. Support several internal teams across multiple business units including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
Collaborate with external partners to implement additional capabilities in our Salesforce organization, integrate with other systems / modules, and work to continuously improve the user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative functions including user account maintenance, mass updates / transfers of data, report and dashboard creation, etc.
- Use knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud 360, Service Cloud, Lightening, and APEX.
- Creation, assignment, and maintenance of user permissions, roles, and profiles.
- Maintain Salesforce customizations including custom fields and objects, page layouts, Lightning record pages, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
- Work on APEX triggers and classes, flow designer, and Lightning components.
- Develop custom actions such as insertions, updates, and deletions.
- Deployment and ongoing configuration of third-party integrations as needed.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems within the Salesforce environment.
Job Qualifications:
- Certified Salesforce Administrator required. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I preferred.
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administration (Salesforce.com / SFDC) with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
- Lightning required. APEX triggers and classes, flow designer, and Lightning components.
- Salesforce best practices and functionality experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's in Data Science, Computer Science, MIS, Math, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal / relationship management skills. Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments simultaneously
