Job Description:
This position will work with the enterprise CX IT team and support the Sales, Marketing and Salesforce IT teams with delivering high quality technical solutions that empower usage of the Salesforce B2B marketing automation tools.
Job Qualifications:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Marketing team on Web 2 Lead and similar lead management via their use of Salesforce Pardot, Datorama and related Salesforce CRM
- Translate sales /marketing needs into well-designed solutions., including understanding user stories, acceptance criteria, test scripts, and process flows for the Salesforce platform, and is an intricate part of a solution development and project team.
- Provide technical support drip campaign flows using Pardot's engagement studio including deploy emails in Pardot for use by the drip campaign flows
- Support the automation to campaigns from within Salesforce, including templates, email marketing, lead scoring, engage and other related functionality
- Work within the Salesforce IT team on enhancing and maintaining integration between Pardot and related Salesforce CX applications
- Support marketing campaign reports in Pardot and Salesforce; ensure Salesforce records are syncing properly Support maintain/improve marketing data model as requested.
- Optimize configuration and solutions for efficiency and simplicity.
- Maintain and document technical processes and marketing automation procedures.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Marketing (Pardot), Datorama and Tableau
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Pardot /CRM contact data model.
- Current on the latest Salesforce technology updates, changes, community, and roadmap(s).
- Experience with web services integration (REST / SOAP).
- Ability to translate technical solutions from business requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical teammates.
- Work independently with limited supervision.
- Creative team player with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Accounts Based Marketing and B2B email marketing campaign data experience
- 3+ year working with Pardot, certifications preferred
- 3+ year with Salesforce platform experience
- Experience implementing full life cycle projects in B2B /Account Based Marketing projects
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Equivalent combination of training, education, and work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
