HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand various business processes, identify, and document detailed requirements, and translate findings into effective solutions using Salesforce.com. The person in this role will be responsible for developing the business current and future business flow, manage the process for development leveraging Agile development process, validating the design and business flow with the business, drafting communications/release notes, participating in QA/UAT, develop and delivering training, and analyzing and documenting complex sales/service and operational processes and workflows.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements
• Document and Design Salesforce.com functionality to meet business needs.
• Develop and test enhancements to existing Salesforce.com setup and workflows.
• Document business processes and Salesforce.com solutions for end-users
• Provide support for users of the Salesforce.com system.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce.com upgrades and releases, and evaluate their impact on our business processes
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders to identify and resolve issues
• 25% local travel to Oak Brook Office required
• Other duties as assigned

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 4-7 years of applicable experience
• Ability, experience or a working knowledge of the following tools: Sale Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, CRM Analytics (aka: Einstein Analytics)
• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com Business Analyst or Administrator
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com capabilities and limitations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce.com Certification is desired, but not required (e.g., Salesforce Administrator).
• Experience in Financial Services is desired, but not required
• 4+ years of experience in mapping requirements for Service Cloud or Financial Service Cloud or Financial Services operations is desired
