Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Description
The Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for performing client needs analysis and identifying client business processes. The Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst will also configure systems as well as provide solutions consulting and recommendations for systems enhancements. The Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for collecting and translating large complex client requirements into work for the respective teams. The Senior Functional Consultant interfaces directly with business users to understand, document, and research additional opportunities to create and expand our internal process to create a highly efficient environment. The role requires an open communication style and collaborative manner, being able to drive efficiencies through a SDLC process for all supported applications. This position acts as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff to ensure all deliverables meet the client's business needs and our highest standards.
What you'll be doing:
• Coordinates, schedules, and facilitates business stakeholder and business process analysis discovery and design sessions• Collects business requirements and specifications and turns them into working process flows, application designs, and recommended application configurations by working with the Director of CRM Operations and Director of CRM Architecture• Leverages Sonar to complete a Tech Stack trace and understand how requested changes or enhancements to the System will impact future-state• Develops testing plans and coordinates UAT with end users to ensure that modifications to the system are thoroughly tested prior to deployment to Production• Deliver a high-level of customer satisfaction by ensuring deliverables meet technical requirements• Successfully complete system configurations where warranted to assist the broader CRM team on the collective set of corporate deliverables
What we're looking for:
• 4+ years of experience with hands-on technical development/programming, preferably with the Force.com platform• 4+ years of business analysis experience for technology or technology services implementation projects• Experience and understanding of software development methodologies• 2+ years of working within a Healthcare IT organization is a plus• Understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building relationships with team members• Proactively seeking guidance, clarification, feedback; and providing guidance clarification and feedback to less-experienced staff
