The US Region Sales Enablement team is part of the Commercial & Customer Operations (CCO) organization who is responsible for driving a high-performing sales culture, enhancing the capabilities of our sales teams, improve the "One BD" customer experience to accelerate growth and profitability.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Commercial Enablement, the Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst will serve as a catalyst for driving innovative enterprise capabilities for Salesforce.com and will be the lead product owner of Quip for the US Region. In partnership with Sales Effectiveness, TGS Organization, and US Region stakeholders -this individual will support utilization, continuous improvements, and end user adoption of Quip and various tools used by US Region associates.
Key responsibilities Include:
Salesforce
- Consult with US Region Business stakeholders and assess/recommend appropriate commercial capabilities and best practices to enable business strategies
- Key liaison between Business and TGS (IT Business Partner and Technology team) to execute commercial implementation projects to align with business strategies. This includes scoping, planning, requirement gathering, POC, application development, and managing UAT execution strategies.
- Drive continuous enhancements while maximizing overall technology investments to align with the evolving business needs
- Provide guidance on solutions aimed at targeting a boarder use case while staying consistent with long term BDX platform strategy and roadmap
- Partner with Sales Effectiveness/Commercial Operations team to curate & deliver technical training for newly deployed capabilities.
Quip
- Responsible for driving the roadmap for Quip use cases across 7 Business Units (~2000 sales associates) aligning to key priorities of our stakeholders
- Lead the change management and deployment strategy to drive adoption of Quip across the US Region Sales and Commercial Teams
- In partnership with the delegated admins, provide training content to support end user utilization (Selling Teams, Delegated Admins and Commercial Ops teams)
- Deploy Quip Account Plans to our Key Account Management team across the US Region
- Continuously drive improvement and enhancements to Account Plans as new features are released and available to deploy
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in combined Salesforce.com/CRM business analyst & admin experience (experience in Quip or other collaborative tools is a plus)
- 2+ years experience in implementing new software
- 3+ years of Project Management Experience is a plus
- Detail oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture and prioritize for long term platform strategy
- Experience with scoping and defining business requirements for sales improvements projects or capabilities
- Experience in developing content for technical deployments for Salesforce.com for Sales & Commercial associates
- Must be self-directed and able to work with individuals at all levels, including executive management (comfort in interacting with and presenting to senior leadership and cross functional teams).
- Ability to span multiple technology platforms and the willingness to become proficient in technologies over and above the required specialty

Education:
- BA/BS required (in lieu of a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in the applicable area)
- MBA a plus
Certifications
- Salesforce Administrator 201 Certification is a plus
- Certification in PMP highly desirable
Location & Travel
- Flex Hybrid schedule for candidates based in San Diego, CA, San Antonio, TX, Vernon Hills, IL, Franklin Lakes, NJ
- 100% remote possible
- Ability to travel ~10% required
